While Daddy was in Haiti a couple weeks ago, I took the kiddos to the zoo. It was a beautiful day with temps in the 70s, so we were able to enjoy the zoo without sweating to death. So excited cooler temps are rolling in! Abigail seemed to really enjoy it this time but was a little bit confused as to why the animals were not talking back to her. I told her animals can't talk and she said, "They do on Dora and Diego." Good point. Once she got past that initial disappointment, she went on talking to all of the animals but not waiting around for their response. A baby giraffe was recently born and was so cute.
The bears were awake this time and stood right next to the fence for a long time.
